I like the culture and the people in the company. The benefits are at par or slightly above competitors' in the country. I started with a very low salary, but the increase through the years has been very satisfying. I just don't know if we can keep this up for this year, given the economic downturn.
Staying in the company builds up market value through classroom/computer trainings and exposure to different clients. The company has continued to support my plans for continuous learning through certifications/mentoring programs.
