If you are a starter, I can say that Accenture will be a good stepping stone to your career. It could teach you a lot of stuff and can be a great foundation as you build yourself in the IT industry.
I can't fully say that it is a con, because with the right mindset, you can use it to your advantage.
This is the amount of stress you will get when you have your projects with them.
