Applied via career site. Received a call from HR regarding the interview process. Two rounds: one with a junior consultant and the other with the team lead. Overall, it was easy. Accepted offer. Offer came in 30 days.

Two rounds of technical interviews and one HR round. Once you crack the two technical rounds, there will be a salary discussion. After all this, there will be document verification, and you will get the offer.

The first round was aptitude; it will be easy. Once we clear the aptitude, we will be selected for the technical interview. Once the technical interview is done, they will give the offer letter in a few months. It's an overall smooth process.
