Nice work culture. Management is approachable. Good work-life balance, but it depends on the project you have.
Some policies are not good, like increased work hours, just because others are doing it.

I had a very simple interview process: an aptitude test and then a technical round. Post clearing both rounds, there was an HR round. In the HR round, details regarding your education background and salary expectations were discussed.
