Fewer onsite opportunities compared to others. Not good opportunities in NCR. Politics. Without any reason, you might end up in a PIP, leading to a forceful exit. Work pressure for survival.
Try to retain your talent. Create more onsite opportunities, at least introduce rotation for onsite.
