Limited roles and managers are religiously biased. Employees should also be allowed to pursue what they want to do.

Recently, I came across the worst hiring process of my life till date. I appeared for an online assessment and an interview on the same date. The process was quite normal. I got an email for shortlisting and uploading documents. After 3 days, I got
1. A guy from the recruitment team called and set up the interview. 2. One day before the interview, I got a link for an assessment test with MCQ-based questions. Surprisingly, all the questions were from different technology stacks than mine. 3. A
