Great Environment, Stagnant Growth
Accenture has a great environment to work. Also, there are excellent onsite opportunities for employees, even at low experience levels. Accenture has a list of reputed clients.
Individual growth is stagnant at times. You get to work at many technologies, which in general may be good, but then you end up with little knowledge about everything.
I should get more involved with people, as it is individuals who build up a project from scratch.
Trainings should also be increased.
