Bad work-life balance in development projects. A solid 21% of your CTC is supposed to be this magical bonus, but don't count on getting the whole thing.
Advice to Accenture leadership is that managers should be given some project-related technical tasks so that they will also get to taste the pain of late-night calls and the real client pressure.
