For laterals, they give a good sum of money. Good working environment and lots of friendly people.
Accenture has a bad habit of taking projects by lowering its par. For no reason, they have asked developers to stay up all night.
Accenture higher management does not have the capability to convince clients much to their side. Whenever we have complained about our problems to leadership, they have a "will-see" attitude, which is kind of unsatisfactory.
Higher Management needs to find a way to tackle problems between clients and its employees in a constructive way.
