Excellent learning potential, and with the Accenture acquisition, I hope it will continue.
HR is not employee friendly. They create politics and are manipulative, feeding wrong information to management. A lot of people are leaving because of HR.
Hope Accenture will address this issue by addressing employee concerns and stopping the petty politics of HR, which hurts employees.
