1. The work environment varies from project to project. A good manager leads to a good experience with a flexible working pattern; otherwise, expect a bad experience with weekend working. I hope to land in a good project.

2. The recent change in performance management (Bell curve removal) is non-transparent.

3. There is a decline in employee-friendly policies, bonuses, and hikes.

4. The culture within Indian delivery centers has converted to that of any other typical Indian IT firm and no longer resonates with the work culture of other international delivery centers of Accenture.

5. Internal mobility is a challenge, and the internal job posting portal is useless.

Good managers keep up the good work. However, the bad ones should better improve on their people management skills and should stop gulping the rewards and recognition deserved by the ground-level analysts in their team.
