Work culture is good. Accenture provides good salary hikes, and the appraisal cycle is nice as compared to other companies. There are good opportunities for individual growth.
Working time is more here in Accenture. Support and maintenance work is more, rather than development. Sometimes, there are extendable work timings, which may impact personal life balance.

There was a total of 3 rounds in the process, including an assessment, a tech interview, followed by HR. It was easy, with all the basics covered. The tech interview focused on core Java, Spring Boot, and SQL basics.
