You can opt for multiple project changes and easily change locations. The worst HR system, they don't solve any problems and are very biased. All projects are support-based and poorly designed.

You are in a project, with no chance to roll off until your resignation. It's full of politics and long working hours. Management expects you to stretch to 12 hours.

If you ask your TL any issue, instead of technically helping you, they threaten you with putting you on a PIP. Once you are on PIP, in one month you get terminated. HR doesn't even bother to take your exit interview.

HR doesn't even entertain solving your problems. All HR are management and DU friendly. They just know how to terminate you.

At least take employee interviews every 6 months. And give them other projects if they are not feeling good due to any reason in their current project. The environment is full of politics due to the bell curve system.
