Great Work-life, Some Politics
I have been here for 3 years. There are many pros I found, like a great place to work. There is no in-and-out, but it all depends on the project for 9 hours.
Work-life balance is great. Leaves are very good. Salary is paid before the last working day of the month. Cross-training opportunities. Many more. It's a nice company to work for long-term.
The variable is much higher in the compensation plan. Please check it with HR before joining.
Some supervisors are not worthy of their roles.
There is much politics and favoritism.
Please check if the manager and supervisor are worth their designation.
