- Depending on the project, you get to work on good technologies.

The HR team is never in the picture. You are alone if you have a concern or query.

Changing projects is also difficult, and most of the time, you end up in a project not fitting your skill set.

Also, because of the chargeability, you cannot take your time in selecting a good project.
- The HR should get out of their comfort zone and be more involved.
- Also, the whole chargeability thing should be relaxed a bit more to allow experienced professionals to choose projects which will improve their skills.
