Accenture is a good employee-centric company. I can realize it after leaving Accenture because, trust me, others are pathetic and not employee-friendly at all. Accenture is flexible in terms of working hours; there's no "swipe in and out" that is monitored rigorously.
But if you're late by five minutes elsewhere, people will start judging you. Accenture treats its employees as humans, but in other companies, we are just resources hired to increase revenue.
The pay scale is a bit low compared to other companies.
