You will get to work directly with the client, where you are expected to perform the same as any other Microsoft developer.
It provides a decent salary to its employees compared to other vendors. It also pays you for overtime.
If you get a tough client and your job is as an onsite to offshore team coordinator, expect to lose your work-life balance.
So far so good. But there should be a proper process for ensuring work-life balance.
