You learn a lot. Plenty of training you could take (if you want to; very little effort from your end, but you need to want it). A platform to reach out to very skilled people in the field.
A lot of companies pay considerably higher for the same roles. Stress levels and quality of work environment depend on what project you end up being a part of.
