Working in Gurgaon is hell. HR behaves like harassing managers.
They always force you to go down South. I came from Chennai from another company.
After coming here, they don't have any projects and told me I would get one in digital. I was a Java resource.
When I finally found a Java project, the manager didn't allow me to join. In return, they gave me a below-average rating and finally a PIP.
Worst company till date. This has not happened to me alone. The situation is worst.
They don't have an ERP; instead, they have a hundred URLs for different purposes.
If you cannot handle the resources, then why do you hire? Take care of your employees, otherwise Accenture will regret it, as it will only bring a bad name to Accenture.
