Not much growth for actual work delivered. Rather, hikes/promotions are offered to those who expect, but not to those who deserve.

In-person interview. Questions mainly asked about background and education. They also asked about hobbies. My friend said they watch series. They asked which series, and I replied Game of Thrones. They then asked about the director.
SDE-intern
Interview was only 10-15 minutes. They asked to introduce yourself and then asked only about projects. I explained my projects, and they asked what challenges you faced and how you tackled them.
