It was good. It's more policy-driven and depends on a project-to-project basis
It is a process-oriented company and has a vast information and knowledge pool. Due to this, we can look into it for guidance and solutions related to work products.
Downside: Cannot blame the company for it, but some people give a bad picture.
My personal view on monetary terms: Pay scale was not competitive. & 10 hours of chargeability.
Keep 9 hours of chargeability & some incentives on working onsite locally.
