Nice company; you can think for the long term
I worked for 4 years. My journey was nice. One positive point: Accenture has very good clients. The maximum clients are large, so you will not feel much work pressure. I love Accenture and the work culture.
Accenture's hiring process is very bad. They will complete the HR round but will not give an offer. If Accenture improves this area, then Accenture will be the best service-based organization.
Please look into the hiring process.
