No full work-from-home privilege. Hybrid is possible.
Team engagement is not funded properly. It feels like the budget is not distributed, if ever there is.
If you perform well but are ranked as lowest, you can still be tagged for PIP, where you won't get any increase/bonus and will undergo a program for improvement.
Give employees the privilege to work remote fully, and people might consider the company and compromise the low-medium pay because it's full remote.
