Sometimes an on-site opportunity. That too has a lot of baseless conditions.
Almost 0% hike. No WFH culture. 3 Months Notice Period. Internal filthy politics to avoid appraisals. HR will always blackmail you to get the next assignment ASAP, otherwise, they will sack you. No job security. No career growth. No employee benefits. Poor free transportation conditions, which you will never be able to get. Lower compensation standards. Only join Accenture if it's the last option for you. Otherwise, you will be trapped and will never ever get rid of this organization because of the 3 months' notice period. I made the biggest mistake to join this organization and wasted my years by earning nothing, neither any knowledge nor money.
Respect your valuable employees. Don't treat them only as a resource; try to build a bond. And keep track of the dirty politics happening in your organization, otherwise, soon Accenture will be the last choice for any candidate.
