Stayed one year, didn't find any pros.
Bench policy is worst. For 45 days, if on bench, you have to run behind RMG for project allocation and interviews. They'll force you to join a project in another city or state where the cost of living will be double of your in-hand salary. Managers are biased while giving hikes also.
