An OK place to work at
Nice people, good working culture, and strong performance is encouraged. Benefits are good in terms of PTO, 401(k) plan, and insurance.
The main issue is that, in my opinion, Accenture is not good at compensation. Compared to other consulting firms, Accenture does not stand well.
I need to be less stingy, but the chances of that happening are quite slim. This is how the firm works, and I do not think this would change.
