Pros

Managers are good, at least with whom all I have worked.

Cons

The paycheck is very less compared to the market.

Advice to Management

Instead of getting lateral talent, train the existing employees and pay them 25 percent instead of paying 100 percent to lateral hires. By this way, you can retain four employees.
