Accenture is an employee-friendly company and has very good policies for employees. You will find very co-operative seniors, and HR management is also good. Overall, a good experience.
HR management is poor at the time of hiring. There is no co-ordination, random day calls, and no response for interview schedules. Bonus pay will be less; they will not provide 100% bonus to employees.
Management is cool. I just have one point to add: please let employees switch projects once they are not ready to continue on their current one. Let them grow and learn new things.
