MNC culture, good exposure to work with onshore clients, good processes, transportation, and best among all the mass recruiters. Good onshore opportunity, free transportation, nice cafeteria, and very nice work-life balance.
Very little or no learning in projects. Just doing good is not enough; you need to showcase it in front of the manager and TL. Sometimes you feel that you are working with stupid team leads, but you can't do anything. You just have to accept their stupidity and carry on, or your performance rating will suffer. So, it's better not to react and keep buttering up your TL and managers.
Switch companies after 2 or 3 years. Staying more than that would affect your future growth.
