Big enterprise, interesting projects, to be able to work in other Accenture countries where the conditions are not as bad as Latvia. Might be a good place to start for juniors.
Experience and technical skills are not cared for much, as all technical tasks and project work are seen as the same by management. Performing too many administrative tasks, which have nothing to do with consulting, is expected on top of project work. I wouldn't suggest this for experienced people.
The performance system is unfair and its only aim is to mess people around as long as they can. Project success and achievements are ignored and not evaluated in detail within performance achievements.
Management and top management implement changes each year that worsen conditions for employees. Technical career paths available in Accenture globally are not an option in Accenture Latvia due to limited vision and understanding of local management.
Overall, it is not a good place of work for skilled people with experience; you will most probably not get what you have deserved.
Implement more global criteria for performance management and career paths so false interpretations by local management wouldn't create negative results.
3 interviews. One with an HR manager, around 1 hour. One technical interview with a technical expert for 1 hour. One with the hiring manager for 1 hour. Technical questions depend on the capability. When you are in it, there will also be a technica
The hiring process has two stages: * HR Round Interview * Technical Round Interview The HR round basically asks about your current company and your intention of working with Accenture. I waited more than two weeks to get the final reply.
The interview process was well-organized, with five rounds of interviews. It started with HR, moving into technical interviews. Communications were clear and followed properly. Once confirmed, the offer letter took time to be received.
