If you have problems with a project, doubts, require materials, training, etc., there will be someone or some resource that can support you.

It is very common and very easy for leaders and project colleagues to lose sight of the values that the company supposedly defends, so that the client does not get angry. This sometimes includes overtime, on-call duty, and unpaid time.

The same can happen with official and statutory vacation days. It doesn't happen on all projects, but it is common in national and banking clients.

Some clients ask for drug tests. Escalating is difficult.
