You need to beg for everything in this company. Even if you deserve the promotion, you need to beg for it. Many employees quit due to low commitment from management to resolve issues. It often feels like you're forgotten about by management while stuck in a high workload position with low pay and no outlook for growth, movement, or negotiation.
