Nice structure... not much freedom

- Chance to work on international projects, with networking and language skill development.
- Lots of benefits.
- Workplaces are great, organized, and have free coffee.
- Low salaries.
- Huge company; you're just a little cog in the big machine.
- Not much freedom on designing solutions, suggesting new stuff, and etc.
- Formal culture.
- Not a good place for nerds.
- Do not expect a high level of skill from most of your work colleagues.
Being informal doesn't mean you're unprofessional. Try to make things a little less formal. Focus on the skills and not so much on the appearance. Be more open to suggestions from your employees.
