Most of the staff are friendly and approachable.
Most employees here are only working on contract, which means there's no job security. There is also no room for growth due to the micromanagement and stagnant work atmosphere. Advancement opportunities are very rare as well. It's impossible to have any meaningful career growth while working at this company.
