Good for work-life balance.
No cons as of now. It is good.
Initially, there was a cognitive assessment. It was an easy round you can pass if you study for a week. Then there was a coding assessment. Questions were easy, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to clear this round. :)
She was unable to communicate with me properly, and there was fan noise from her end, which led to a communication gap between us. It was not good. I answered each and every question she asked, and then I got an email that I had been rejected.
An interview typically involves application review, initial screening, technical assessments, multiple rounds of interviews (phone, video, in-person), and concludes with a final decision or offer stage.
