Participate in projects for Telco/Finance customers of the highest caliber. Design, build, and test platform-based systems. Professional environment, focused on product delivery. Most managers are less than 35 years old. On-time payslips, including overtime. Promotions to next levels are fair and reasonable.
- Work/life balance (daily overtime for a Telco project can easily reach 4 hours).
- Salaries are not competitive enough (given that the company participates in projects that cost millions of euros per year).
- V-Model approach. Best practices for build and testing are not being followed.
My advice is less important than figures and numbers!
