They also have put in an insane amount of energy and thought to develop one of the best knowledge exchange portals, open to all its contractors and employees (needless to say, only a few employees really make use of it).

- Endless hierarchies in management and an outdated (sometimes unfair!) rating system to moderate pay scale.
- They only pay you enough to keep you from putting down papers, so you work only enough to keep them from firing you. At the end of the day, you know who will be the loser.
