Benefits are drastically reduced.
Onsite opportunities are scarce now.
Recently, they have started hiring like anything, resulting in dipping employee satisfaction.
Existing workforce should be brought into confidence.

It was alright. There was a panel of two people with three rounds they conducted in 2 weeks. Questions were mid to difficult, along with asking the first principles of the project keywords they got from me.
