Very good working culture. Lots of policies to help their employees. Time and work flexibility. Very good transport and cab facility.
Sticking to it for a longer time may not be beneficial for growth.
Some projects will give you lots of work, but at the time of reward, they will give you a PIP. Once you get it, you are out of the company.
