Low and frozen salaries
Working conditions are respected and the workload has not been very large in my case, although it does depend on the time of year.
It is almost impossible to get a promotion and salary increases. We have been in September 2024 with frozen salaries for a year, and they want to extend it again until June. In my case, I have not received increases corresponding to triennials or quinquennials in the 5 years I have been with the company. I am very dissatisfied.
