Nice beginner salary; nice people (at least in the Braga office).
You're just a number. If you have an offer to go to another company, they don't care and won't do anything to keep you at Accenture.
Don't worry as much about hierarchy. Worry about keeping the good ones with you, even if they're on a low level of hierarchy.
