It is a welcoming company. A bit too PC for me, but nothing painful.
Here, if you have a project that is hard to change, and you've had enough of that, there are several projects usually to choose from.
I hardly hear of people being fired from the company. And if it is done, then it had a real reason behind it, and not just that the management wanted a pay cut to maximize profit.
The salary is not the greatest. I fight for the average pay for every year.
I like the company and being here with the team. The only advice I would make is that we need more insider opportunities to learn, especially from senior colleagues. Or, if that is not feasible, then there should be more learning opportunities.
