Great colleagues and working environment.
Raises are really bad at starting level. They struggle for years to get to the same level that others receive after their first few months.
Raises should be done more frequently, and older employees should be much more appreciated. Raises should be given according to project performance, not extra things that have no relevance whatsoever to your project.
