As with any consulting firm, your experience is dictated by the quality of clients/projects you get. The projects here have been worse than at other, smaller consulting firms, but with better benefits than there. Since the clients are generally large, your work with them is full of bureaucracy, and sometimes you don't even perform the role you were assigned.
