For Technology consultants, there is lots of in-house training available, and the company pays for certification exams.
Requires 80% travel. Pays well below the industry standard compared to other companies.
The TFS should be trained to find roles for the consultants instead of leaving it up to the consultants. There will be less time spent on the bench if the TFS knew how to effectively do their job. Stop putting pressure on the consultant to find their own roles. They are not equipped for this. Too many people are being terminated for not being able to find a chargeable role, and this needs to change.
