Good or bad depends on the project
I've been working here for more than 3 years on a bank project under Praneeth Reddy Molakala Sir. It's been an awesome experience working in Accenture. Comparatively, you get good hikes. And you will get a chance to work with good, skilled colleagues. It might differ from project to project. But in my current project, my experience is good.
Negligible cons when compared to other IT companies.
