Very good place to work. Even contractors are treated like FTEs
Good place to work.
Good resource management and good interaction among people.
Involved in all activities.
Politics a little. If you are nice to them, they will treat you like a family member. The worst situation depends on the project. I worked on 5 projects. Except one, all were good, and the excepted one is also far better than other companies like Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro.
Please don't lose good employees.
