It's good if you get into a good project
All the benefits like WFH, cab, and allowances are provided. But only if you get into a good project. If your project is not properly managed, then the freshers will be blamed for everything. And if you are not lucky like me, then you will be laid off just like me, that too when it's not your fault.
No proper support from HR.
