Everything is good at Accenture.
No cons in the Accenture journey.
It is a three-round interview process. First, a written test. Second, a technical round. Third, a managerial round. I have applied for a Java Developer role. The written test and technical round were on Java and Spring Boot.
It was a very nice interview experience, and the interviewer was also very good. First, they asked me to introduce myself, and then they started asking some situation-based questions. They asked for an example of showing my leadership skills.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. Generally easier, the exam process was much harder than others, but the interview process is easy if you learn what is required for that. Trying to maximize the questions being asked
