Pros

There are few pros to working in Accenture flex.

  • Pay is good. One PTO is given per month.
  • There is a chance to work in different projects and learn.
Cons

These are some cons to working with Accenture Flex.

  1. You work as long as the client extends the project.
  2. There isn't job security. Once the client ends the project, you are jobless, given a two-week deadline.
  3. The benefits aren't so good.
  4. There is no pay for public holidays, so you only earn for the worked hours.
  5. There are no promotions and very little chance of growing.
  6. There is no sick leave. If you get sick for a long time, your job is in trouble.
  7. There is no job security.
  8. There is no 401K matching.
  9. There are no stock options for Flex employees.
Advice to Management

Flex employees don't feel like they are regular Accenture employees.
